Coherus Introduces New Managed Services for the SME Market

Cockeysville, MD—Coherus Corp. announced the availability of CoCare, an updated version of its comprehensive Managed Services offering, and the introduction of a Business Continuity solution, CoSave. These complementary services form the core of the Coherus Managed Technology Plan, a complete IT solution set designed for information-intensive companies and organizations within the SME market.
Building on the firm’s extensive IT services experience, CoCare, an updated managed care solution for desktops, laptops and servers, will now include enhanced anti-virus, spyware, patch management, monitoring, reporting, and asset management capabilities. Using a combination of preventative maintenance, round-the-clock network monitoring and rapid system failure diagnostics and repair, CoCare provides comprehensive network-wide care, which effectively maintains the health of each client’s entire network while ensuring each that any problem that has not already been proactively corrected is repaired quickly and professionally. In addition, CoCare users will have access to 24/7 telephone support to remedy network problems as they occur.
In addition, a new valued-added service, CoSave will provide complete assurance for enterprises and non profit organizations which require continuous protection against data loss and server failures. CoSave provides both a robust, continual data backup/retrieval and archival feature as well as a near real-time server failover solution. This combination ensures that clients do not experience technology related business hardships due to unanticipated events like file deletion or corruption, hardware failures, fire and floods, and natural disasters.
