Coherus Corporation Completes Merger with Innovative Computer Solutions

Reston, Virginia—Coherus Corp. today announced the completion of its merger with Innovative Computer Solutions (ICS), an established Baltimore-based provider of comprehensive network and IT support services. The addition of ICS will expand the existing company service footprint beyond its current base in the Washington D.C. metro market. ICS will operate as a wholly-owned division of Coherus.

Coherus provides software and hardware solutions for a wide range of commercial businesses, government agencies and non-profit organizations. The company specializes in helping small to medium sized clients to effectively utilize technology tools in support of their organizational mission and operations.

Through its investment in ICS, other companies and technology assets, Coherus has the unique ability to offer easy to understand, reliable and cost-effective solutions to a wide range of thriving entities with significant technology requirements, but typically with less than 50 users.
